Afro Samurai (アフロサムライ) is a manga series created by Takashi Okazaki, originally shown in the NOU NOU HAU dōjin magazine. Made into a 5 episode mini-series Produced by Gonzo and directed by Fuminori Kizaki.

Plot

A samurai seeks revenge for his father and to reclaim his father's #1 headband from his killer, while also fighting through swarms of others who wish to claim the #2 headband that is in his posession so that they can fight the owner of the #1.

Follows the same storyline arc of the anime. Some events were changed from the anime.
