Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade is an anime from 2002 about a pair of children lost in an alternate reality. Imamiya Satoshi and his childhood friend Asahina Arumi live in the dwindling Abenobashi shopping district. Arumi is being forced to move with her family when the two stumble into an alternate reality, which at first appears to be just like the Abenobashi they know.
