Shugo Chara! (Kanji here, romaji) is a Japanese shojo Manga and Anime series created by Peach-pit. The story is about an elementary girl named Hinamori Amu who is believed to have a "cool and spicy" personality, which isn't the case. When Amu wished to be reborn as her "would-be self" she finds shugo eggs, which give birth to the gurdian characters Ran, Miki, and Suu.
