Contents

Labyrinth Labyrinthos

Written by Rintaro, Labyrinth Labyrinthos follows the story of a little girl named Sachi and her cat companion, Cicerone, as they search for adventure. During the short they fall through a looking glass and end up in a dark labyrinth full of strange people and violent people. The dark shadows, salarymen and various others threaten to trap Sachi in very baggy pants. Although somewhat random, Labyrinth Labyrinthos is actually quite dark.

The Running Man

Written by Yoshiaki Kawajiri, The Running Man short tells the tale, from the point of view from a sports announcer, of a very dangerous Sci-fi racing sport. The main character is Zack Hugh who is one of the racers. The race begins. At first Zack is simply racing mad and slowly gains telekinetic powers in the process. With his newly found powers, Zack begins to use these to his advantage.

In the final round an unexpected event happens and the other racers blow up around. This when the control center realizes that Zack is no longer alive.

The Order to Stop Cancellation

Written by Katsuhiro Otomo and also known as Construction Cancellation Order, this short is about the government sending several robots to help with a construction project in Aroana. However mid way during its progress, the goverment stops supporting the project as it turns out natural resources can be mined in Aroana. Unfortunately the robots were never programmed to cancel the project, and yet the project must be canceled at all costs.

With that, a salaryman who wears glasses named Tsujioka, is dispatched from the headquarters he works at to hopefully stop the project. The robots however have something else in their mind, stop anyone who threatens to stop the project. Upon arrival Tsujioka is greeted by a passive-aggressive foreman robot, who ignores Tsujioka's request and feeds him meals instead. As we watch the construction continue, things continue to turn from bad to worse. Things only get destroyed or washed away. Although the robots continue to work.

Eventually Tsujioka is dubbed as being non-cooperative and locked in his room, where he is forced to use logic to stop this large band of robots.
